币安（Binance）为区块链交易平台之一，由赵长鹏于2017年1月在上海创立。币安没有正式的总部，员工远程办公。 币安是全球最大加密货币交易所，主要业务为经纪、数字钱包、风险基金、托管服务、数据提供服务、数字艺术服务和代币发行等，提供150多种加密货币的交易，包括比特币，以太坊，莱特币以及其BNB代币。现任董事会主席为Gabriel Abed ，首席执行官为Richard Teng。
2017年，币安发行了“币安币”(BNB)；同月，币安交易所APP正式上线。之后，随着中国收紧加密货币交易政策，币安将人员和服务器转移分散到十几个不同国家和地区；2018年4月，以每秒140万次的交易能力吸引了600万用户，单日交易量超过100亿美元，上升至行业第一。2018年起，全球主要国家收紧对加密货币的监管，各国政府均未接纳币安。2019年9月，币安成立的“Binance.US”开始运营。2020年，币安称已支持韩国等五个国家的用户使用本国法币购买加密货币，名单里没有中国。 2021年，币安遭受世界多国的严格审查。 2023年11月，币安与美国司法部达成协议：币安的创始人赵长鹏承认了违法行为，支付5000万美元的罚款，并辞去币安首席执行官一职，币安被罚款43亿美元。2024年4月，赵长鹏在美国被判处4个月监禁。 2025年1月，币安的投资部门更名为YZi Labs，将其投资重点扩大到Web3、AI和生物技术。
币安曾荣膺“2020年度区块链企业” ，在《2023·胡润全球独角兽榜》排17名，在《2024·胡润全球独角兽榜》排9名。
